I sent a e-maail to Ralf 2wks tomorrow and haven't received any response??? Any ideas why???

Ralf was on vacation and I got an email from him a day or two ago that he has other issues at the time. He mentioned he would be able catching up very shortly. In the mean time, is there anything I could help you with?

It's also possible your email went into his spam folder? I sent him an email on another issue, and that's what happened to mine.
