Hi all,
As you probably know, Innsbruck is one of the most challenging airports in the world. The default FSX scenery is not bad but there is an Aerosoft one which seems quite good. It is not cheap! Has anyone tried it ? If yes, is it worth the investment ? I understand it covers a fairly large area.
Cheers
Luc

Re: Innsbruck
Hi Luc,
I purchased this for FS9 a few years back and it was very nice on that platform. I upgraded the scenery to FSX earlier this year. Sadly my only two flights to Innsbruck this year have been in blizzard conditions! The terminal area in FSX is quite nice. The approach and landing corridors are well modeled in FS9 and I would expect them to be more detailed in FSX. In addition, the Navaids are all correct so you follow the published procedures without fear of being lead off course. Coupled with a weather engine such as AS2012 you can even experience Foehn winds!
