FNG checking in

Here is where the coffee machine and Coke machine are kept. Please clean up after yourself and do not remove the magazines from this area. A good place to exchange thoughts with Operations personel and other pilots.

FNG checking in

Post by jimblueaero »

"F... new guy"

Hey everyone, new to the group and wanted to introduce myself. My name is James McDonald. I'm 28, from Boise, ID but stationed in Great Lakes, IL for the next few years.

I'm a Navy Lieutenant, logged about 800 hours as a Naval Flight Officer in the E-6 Mercury (707 variant) with VQ-3. Have about 70 hours in the C172 and earned my PPL while I was in Flight School in Pensacola...and immediately let it lapse (who knew getting married and having a kid was so expensive?!).

Known about this group for a while, always been impressed with the setup. Finally in a command I can have a little time to set aside and fly the 767 and 747. Looking forward to learning and growing with you guys!
