Access denied.

Most of the pages are giving me this message even after I'm correctly log on. Any ideas. Anybody else has that problem?

I just had that come up myself. I went to the homepage and logged in again and all was fine. If you are doing that already, we will need to dig deeper.

yes this is a pain! in the past you could be logged in by kept cockies and in the next session when opening the GC website all was fine. Now you have to log off and log in again, why? Can't we recover the old functionality? Otherwise the option "Remember me" makes no sense.

Thanks, I also found out about log off, log on. Would be nice if we could stay log on like Bodo said.

Please delete GCVA Cookie "GlobeCa" and "Remember" should work ...

Hi Volker,

I deleted all cookies and files of my web browser. I opened Globe Cargo homepage, logged in with option "Remember me". I closed the broser. I opned the browser again and opned GC homepage. Login was still active. Then I navigate to Flight Operation and Atlas Air. Instead of a list of available Atlas Air flights I got see this window:



So no Atlas flights and also no Access denied, but still not working as schould be.
