Nice Pics there. :D

(I actually clicked on them all.)

You obviously have all the sliders on full. Are those cloud reflections in the Fuselage on some of those?

I'm still on good 'ol FS9

A fully new system will be needed I think.

I have FSX installed but my machine just can't run it smoothly as I would like.. :x SO. I keep going back to my smoooooth FS9.

(I've really got to stop using these imoticons so much.. )

Thanks man,
Yeah upgrading to the i7 920 was the best thing I ever did.
I've overclocked it to a modest 3.6Ghz and it's seems to handle most
things you throw at it.
Its not quite maxed out but near the top on all the sliders.
Light bloom is still one step too far if your flying the complex (pmdg) stuff,
apart from that, pretty good.

Very nice pics Dave, specially the bird alert. I like that realism. I also have fsx installed but like Thomas I just stick to fs9. My comp can't handle fsx at all. Have to save some more months :)

Yeah switched to tower view on final there they were... :D

I wonder what percentage of people at globe are FSX/FS9?

someone should do a survey...

Great Shots ! like Peter I have FSx and FS9 but use FS9 as FSX is too heavy on resources, so my MD11 and LCF Dreamlifter are grounded !

Thanks Mike,
Such a shame... wish someone would just bring out the 10ghz processor and be done with it.
Then we could all max out the sliders!

Seem to be having amazing results with my current system so I'll post the specs in case its useful to anyone...

CPU: Intel i7 920 (Overclocked to 3.6)
MB: EVGA X58 SLI LE
GFX: XFX HD 5870
RAM 6 x GSKILL Trident
Cooling: Corsair H50 (super simple & cheap sealed water cooling unit)
