The mighty BigMac of course! And also my favourite and most loved aircraft of all time 
i've kinda forgotten what happens when you have a relatively light MD-11 and unshackle it...
Roaring out of RJBB on a morning haul bound for VHHH... FL200 still climbing at a nice 3500ft/min...yep...i love this bird. no question. time to climb from the ground to FL380 was about 15mins..wich is pretty damn good
