Newbie first flight test

"Hey guys, I just completed my first flight test. I took a Polar open available flight and accepted it. I flew from KHSV to EGPK the first leg of the assignment. I did screw up and set the clock wrong, but I was in the air before I realize I screw that up. I setup FSACARS following the directions provided on the site and it was running for this first test flight. I completed the flight in 7hrs 10 mins. I flew at 1X the whole time but the boss, aka the wife, had me hitting pause a few times during the flight. Flight GT603 landed sucessfully and delivered 158,535LBS of cargo. Here is my first trouble. When I try to post the send the log in FSACARS to see how it works I get the following error. No log for that company/pilot. What did I do wrong? I like to use the other system, but wanted to get my first 5 hours to get the discount. Thanks for the advice and I look forward to participating in the Global community."

"Not sure, but I think your issue may be that you are just not yet on the roster for the PIREPS. I am sure you will get a valid response on this post pretty quick. I'm just not for sure about the solution."

I think that if you look in the section FSACARS SUPPORT someone else had the same problem and it was the e-mail address.
