"Lovely new site. I've been careful not to touch the paintwork, in case it was still wet! Unfortunately I'm having a problem with submitting a PIREP that I've had stored in FSAcars. I've just updated the ini files as per the email that for some reason, I didn't receive, but an error message still comes up saying "No log file for that company/Pilot". Any ideas? Cheers, Chris Yates #1474"

"Just one other thing... the flight profiles seem to be inaccessible. :? I haven't been connected via FSACARS for entire flight (in the process now) since the switch-over, so I'll see if new Flight profiles get created...soon. (The older ones do seem to be M.I.A., for the moment.) :( I did notice that the FSFK map doesn't auto-refresh (like it use to), refresh needs to be manual.. could this be related to above issue somehow? ...shows how much I know  Other than that.. the site is kick _ss!!"

"Uh, ok... I don't use FSAcars. As a matter of fact, it crashes on start-up on both the computers that I have for development which makes it pretty hard to test. If you could send me an email with the details of the error, how to reproduce it etc that would help me to start digging through the code. Is this a feature that used to work on the old site and that isn't working anymore? If so, what did it do? How did it work? The only features that I know about of FSAcars and that I tested was the PIREP reporting and the display of the flight status on the webpage. I know of nothing else... My email is in my sig..."

"Sorry Tomas, In my previous post .... When I typed "FSACARS" I ment the FSFK Live ACARS, the connection from FSFK to display the flight progress on the webpage FSFK Flight map, and I believe creates/generates the flight profiles.. Again I assume  Sorry for confusion."

"Live FSFK tracking is working as far as I know. Again, if you have problems with it, please send me an email with the specifics and I will have a look tomorrow."

"Craig, I checked the database (both the old an new one) and the only bid flight I can find for you for May is for one route that doesn't exist in the database. I am not sure why this is the case. It is possible that something happened during the bidding process. I will need to see if someone else has similar issues but right now there isn't much I can do. The code is correct but the data is missing."

"Thomas, I added the display of tracks and profiles for the submitted FSFK flights. Please note that any flights that were submitted on the old site do not have associated tracks in the database. It was just too much data to try to pull over to the new site!"

"Hi Mike, Sorry about that. With the new site, email forwarding has to go to an individual email address. So the assistant managers are not part of the email. I am trying to think of a workaround but haven't been able to come up with anything yet. As I was experimenting, I put Christian's email address as the alias to aa@... I changed it back to your email. Ask Christian for copies of anything that was sent to the address, he should have them. aa@globecargo.org will go out of service as soon as the ISP discovers that we haven't paid the bill. ;-)"
