August Open Boards (Week 4) Local time or UTC?

Are the Week 4 Open Board flights listed in UTC or Local time? I am a little confused over whether UTC goes into effect this month or next month in this case.

"At the moment, I have still been flying my August flights in Local time! I am only going to fly my September flights and onwards in UTC unless the change to UTC is imminent! :?:"

The Open board for August is still in local time. All September schedules will be published in UTC. The current Atlas board has already been switched to UTC."
