Fun flight...

Here is where the coffee machine and Coke machine are kept. Please clean up after yourself and do not remove the magazines from this area. A good place to exchange thoughts with Operations personel and other pilots.

Fun flight...

Post by nwadc10 »

"A quick recount of my real world flight tonight...on approach to MSP at 4000 ft we had a 60 kt crosswind. Almost had to look out the captain's window to see the runway...almost but not quite. at 2300 ft (apt elev. 840) it was a 47 kt crosswind. The autopilot almost couldn't stay on the localizer, had to bracket a few times before finally centering. Wind on the rwy was a non-factor. Fun... :) Justin"

Bit more crosswind and your landing would have been on CNN.
