Globe Cargo reputation

Hey guys, thought you all might like to know. I flew an Atlas flight tonight KMEM>KSAN on VATSIM, while enroute, I had three different pilots contact me on the chat window and asked me about Globe Cargo. They all indicated they had been hearing about us for a long time and had seen us flying on Vatsim and were curious.

I think that is really saying something about our VA. We have been and always will be different from the rest, 8) and our level of realism is envied by others. Just thought you guys might like to hear that.

Hey Bryan,
Saw you online last night, I was doing a flight from MIA-ORD but had to disconnect early into the flight...
I too have been contacted by others(pilots and controllers) while flying enquiring about us (Globe) and I feel the same way as you, we have earned a lot of respect in the virtual skies! Bodes well for Globe Cargo for sure! Happy Thanksgiving all!

Ill add my 2 cents to that. Doing a flights from MIA-ORD last week I was entering ORD_CTR and he was full of praise for our professionalism and knowledge. Another reason why I love this VA.

Ditto for me.

A while back while flying a lonely flight from VHHH to OMDB I had a guy from one of those mega-VAs, Fly Virtual Alliance ( http://www.flyvirtual.org/), chat me up about Globe Cargo. His VA is cargo only. He said good things about GC but I think he was trying to get an Atlas Air schedule for his VA to use.

This is good to hear! I personally haven't been contacted on Vatsim about the VA but I am happy to hear some of you are. I am also very happy to hear that we don't sound like total fools on the radio :)

Keep up the good work everyone!

Hmm. Found a few former/current GC pilots on their roster. :x

Wow, you can fly for anyone you want... Kind of like an identity crisis?
