Hello from a newbie!
I just wanted to say my hello's to all of the pilots here! I have chatted with some of you on VATSIM because i was having issues logging into the forums. I just came into posession of the PMDG 744F and have been looing for a great VA to try it out with and it looks like I have found it! Thanx to all those that answered some of my questions and I hope to see you all hauling some cargo!
I just moved back to GR from Buffalo, NY. Nothing beats coming back home to GR
A little background, I do have plenty of previous Virtual Airline experience. Most of my hours come from United Virtual, which I am still active in as they give me a great variety of aircraft. Globe will give me the great variety of destionations between Polar, Atlas, and DHL.
As for real life I am a private pilot with my instrument and complex ratings. I was going for all of my ratings prevent me from holding a first class medical or an ATP rating so that idea is out. I currently work for JetBlue Airways as a Flight Attendant and love every minute of it!
I have alread reached my 35/7 FAR limitation since I have started here I can see this is going to be a great place to fly and chat with fellow pilots.

Welcome aboard Brian!
How do you commute from GRR to your domicile? Maybe I'll fly you to MSP or DTW (or DCA...a weird destination from GRR) some day if you take the red tail CRJ

I wish I was simming more. Between my comp melting down and a new home purchase, I only have time for spackling and painting. The comp is repaired (and now an FSX user) but the paint still has to be "installed." Anyhow, I will now work for FedEx out of EWR. Its a big change, but Im looking forward to it.khelm wrote:What's going on Allan, you're not quiting your job are you? I usually take UA to between GRR and BOS. Every once and a while I will hop on NWA but unfortunatly no red tail CRJ companies give us free rides so I don't get on them alot .nwadc10 wrote:Welcome aboard Brian!

Nice to see a couple of JB crewmembers on here. There is another F/A who I talked into signing up who joined right behind me 1811. I think you will like FedEx. If they had a need for flight attendants I would be over there so fast!1691 wrote:Another JetBlue crewmember. Im an MX supervisor at JFK in real life, well for the next 10 days anyhow. Thanx for the warm welcome guys! I think I will like it here. Unfortunaly due to my schedule I will be flying a lot for afew weeks then go inactive for a few weeks because I will be on the road, but don't worry you won't have to contact me about being inactive too long!!
