I think that is the same DHL web site I found months ago and it said the same message about being under construction and to check back later.
Besides, why fly routes in support of that DHL when we have our own DHL that we already are flying routes for? You may not know you are flying a 747 route that is in support of our DHL operation basically due to lack of space on the flight description box. Doesn't mean your idea was not decent, just don't think it would make sense with us flying DHL already.

Yeah, I figured as such, but wouldn't it be cool? Two airlines teaming up to emulate the real world. I quote Dr. King; "I have a dream"yoni63 wrote:I think that is the same DHL web site I found months ago and it said the same message about being under construction and to check back later.

I don't believe these kind of new developments are possible with VA merges, codeshares or whatever you call it.
i agree with you on that. it seems ( in my opinion ) most VA's dont go as far in depth as we do because it would make virtual flying more like a job than a hobby
and i guess that discourages alot of people
You guys hit the nail on the head, and most have no idea how many hours go into just simply researching routes, ops, news, etc etc, to try and get as close as possible to the real world counterpart.Kevin Hester wrote:Maxthrust wrote:I wish there were much more VA's to simulate Atlas, Polar or DHL. Well, it seems they are in limbo and won't be activating the VA anyway as I queried it in the LevelD forums. See post below:

Yeah we are very much in limbo right now. We are looking at just an ABXholdings VA for now-ABX, Capital Cargo, and ATI..... but hey if you want our TS server and maybe want to help us get flying faster, let me know. We would love to have ya!
