Monthly Assignments?

Here is where the coffee machine and Coke machine are kept. Please clean up after yourself and do not remove the magazines from this area. A good place to exchange thoughts with Operations personel and other pilots.

Monthly Assignments?

Post by Joe Clark »

Newbie here so forgive me if this has been answered in the past. Do we have a system in place where one can get an email at the beginning of the month with say a PDF and a schedule of flights for them to fly each month? They don't HAVE to fly the routes on the assigned days, rather just when they have time, as long as they remain active. I'm a member of Stevens VA as well and that is one of the things I like about them, it makes me feel like I'm truly a member of a real world airline.

Hi Joe,

When you confirm your bid for the month (bidding opens on th 17th and closes on the 22nd) an automated email will be sent to you with your assigned flights. There is also a website page, http://www.globecargova.org/Polar/view_assignments.php, that you can view your assignments along with the assignments of everyone else. Furthurmore, you can view our entire schedule, minus Atlas charter and DHL flight, at http://www.globecargova.org/Polar/view_schedule.php.

Flights do not need to be flown on the actual day and real time. Just have them completed sometime within the scheduled month.
