Addons you Use?

What addons (besides the planes) do you guys use? How do you simulate loading cargo? How do you simulate failures? Do you even simulate failures? I'm trying to get my flightsim experience as realistic as you guys do. Please let me know.

For loading cargo, there is only the vehicles that comes from PDMG and maybe AES from Aerosoft but I'm not to well versed in that. For failures, you can just set them with Flight but if I remeber correctly I think that there use to be a program that took care of that. If you want to simulate real, try a good flight planning with airports for diversion along the route and planning your flight level to use best the winds and all that. That is just my 2 cents

Kevin, I find it interesting you use XPax with a freighter. Do you simulate jumpseating a couple guys? How does that work?

Well I have been known to fly for Compass occasionally. That Wilco E-Jet series is pretty cool. Also I may use it if I feel like carrying some virtual whining jump seaters from another carrier.

Side note: I think having deals with other VA's for jump seats would be pretty cool. I wouldn't want to figure out the logistics, but it sounds cool!

I am somewhat dissapointedwith Xpax; maybe it's because of Active Sky. Wonder if FSPassengers is better?

FsPassengers is WAY better. Problem is, they JUST released the FSX version for beta testing. I couldn't wait!!
