I made a bid for a flight for the month of July as per image below. However some days later I received an email telling me I hadn't made a bid and
giving me a new flight. Have replied to the email pointing this out but notice my schedule still shows the auto bid instead of what I booked.
Not sure who deals with these issues. Advice appreciated.

Did you click on Confirm after having made your bid?

After making a bid, you will need to confirm on the page as well. The system will then send you a confirmation email with the details of your bid. If you didn't receive this email, it probably means that the bid never got confirmed. Hey, now you have two flights that you can fly!
