Re: Atlas/Sonair
I agree with you...we'll have to fly smooth operate during the day with all the traffic and have to endure cute flight attendants...Brogs wrote:GTI1643 wrote:Seems like Atlas is branching off into passenger service unnder the name Sonair..there is a tail picture in the link.

It's not gone unnoticed.. LOL we've been keeping this on the back burner waiting to see what is "really" going to happen.

Yes. Once the operation commences in the real world, expect to see GC to follow immediately or shortly thereafter.Anuj wrote:So we'll have Sonair with passenger services in our VA ?nwadc10 wrote:The repaint is already in progress.

Re: Atlas/Sonair
The funny thing about this is that in the RW it is not unusual for the big cargo carriers to take on contract or short term trials of passenger service.
When this happens, there is an odd phenomenon that seems to take place. I have personally gone through the process twice and both times saw a RASH of crewmembers, (myself excluded), going through divorces shortly after the Flight Attendants were brought into the fray. AIDS (Aviation Induced Divorce Syndrome) can become pandemic when you lock a group of attractive young ladies within a pressurized vessel normally inhabited by Freight Dogs.
Hopefully this will not be the case at GCVA.....

Speaking from experience on the domestic relations point of F/A's.... If a guy will just date one for about two months, it will take care of itself LOL. I've gone through two in three years and believe me, I'd rather have my jewels spanked with barbed wire on a crowded, major, midwest city's main street at high noon with all the major news networks covering the event.
