General interest about the bid.

Good afternoon to you all,

The reason i come to writt on the forum is because I came to notice one starnge thing today.
I received for August a route bid (Hong Kong to Anchorage) that I flown but today as I was checking out the route to prepare for September I noticed that my assigned route of August was showing another one (Hong Kong to Seoul) which I did not fly. I just would like to know if this is normal.

For the matter, before writting on the forum I informed my area manager, but I thought it would be good to transfer this point.

The schedule changes from month to month and since the "old" August flights are now generated based on route ids on the new schedule tables. So sometimes the routes no longer match in these historical flights. This is normal and since this is last month's flights, it doesn't really affect current operations. I may look into maybe make these route assignments static to preserve a snapshot of what was flown in a particual month but for now just ignore the actual routes in the previous month.
