Hi Guys,
I have got my Route Assignment flight for this month, but was curious to know how I go about booking the actual flight? I went into the Polar Air open flights board and it's not there to book?
So would that mean I would just fill in GCP manually and start my flight that way? I also looked via the Polar Schedule and seen it there but again can't book it? Secondly you do have to fly your flight on the specified day don't you?
So for example your flight is a Thurs then you fly it on Thursday no other day? I do hope this makes sense
Many Thanks
Jason

Re: Assigned monthly flight how to book?
hi jason,
good to see you made it back from zurich in one piece
mind you it wasnt you that was flying
SORRY couldnt resist that one
your bid flights should be in the flight section of GCP,ie when you start GCP in the flights box all your bid flights for the month will be there or should be there. in a drop down menu..
no need to book anything
and i think as long as you fly youjr bid flight around about the same week you will be fine in fact you will be fine as long as you fly it in the same month i think
hope to fly with you soon
regards terry
