I receieved an e-mail Saturday indicating that the flight bid was available, but I each time I check it says: The bid process is not running.Try again later.
I just got back from a LOA which was only supposed to be until July 1. I should be active again.

Email your Regional Manager. He may be able to fix it for you. Also, depending upon your location on the Roster, your time may not have come yet.
Worse comes to worse and you don't get a flight on the Bid Form, just choose one from the Open Board.

That is the issue. I moved provinces and lost my old e-mail in the process. I've updated my profile with my new account but I do not have an e-mail for Ralf Wawrzyniak. Anyone know it? I need to let him know I am back and to have my LOA taken off.

You are still listed on LOA which is why you are unable to bid. I guess one of these days I will make that message a bit more user friendly...
