I love Naval Aviation, and am proud that I am a direct part of it's history.
For those of you who are Amateur Historians, Tom Clancy's book "Carrier" is equally interesting. Its as though we said to ourselves, "We'll....we've got planes and we've got ships. Now what do we do? I got an idea! Lets land a plane on a ship!"
These guys were true pioneers.
