Hello,
I am new to Globe Cargo, so excuse me if I speak out of turn. I was wanting to ask about the provisional status. I was under the impression that a new plots "Provisional" status was for 14 days. If you look below I have copied a small portion of the roster. As you can see there are two pilots that joined two days ahead of me and have already been bumped to active status. I am not undrstanding why they are active or why I have not been bumped to active.
2662 First Officer Christian Tobon 18:01 $1351 2011-12-26 Active
2664 First Officer Kevin Perez 02:01 $151 2011-12-26 1142014 Active
2665 First Officer Marco Ribeiro 00:00 $0 2011-12-26 Provisional
2666 First Officer Tracy Hines 18:08 $1361 2011-12-28 Provisional
2667 First Officer Skipper Oakes 15:31 $1164 2011-12-28 Provisional
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Tracy Hines - 2666

Re: Provisional Status
I think it's simply a matter of Raalf ensuring all of the requirements are checked off and completed for him to change a pilots status. It could be for a number of reasons but he will get to you.

Re: Provisional Status
Take the test, fly your first flight, and you should be good.

Re: Provisional Status
Then I would say that Ralf has not gotten to it yet. Lots of holidays this time of year, so I'm sure he has plenty of things to do.
Re: Provisional Status
Before Ralf initiates any disciplinary action regarding the provisional status he would first verify that conditions outlined in the PM have or have not been met. If you have met the requirements to proceed beyond the provisional status than you will have nothing to worry about. At this point it's just a matter of getting the requirements verified and the status changed. If you feel the delay is in changing your status is taking longer than you would expect, feel free to send an email to Ralf at his hr@ address.
