March Bid

Here is where the coffee machine and Coke machine are kept. Please clean up after yourself and do not remove the magazines from this area. A good place to exchange thoughts with Operations personel and other pilots.

I think that in the letter they say try to fly at least one flight. <!--emo&;)--><!--endemo-->

"Hi Alfredo and all, The best advice I can give is to do your best at flying your March flights again in April. I won't be upset if you don't fly some of your flights in April and I'm sure no other administrators will be upset either. The difficulty we are going to face with open-board flights is that there will be few of them. I assume that all the flights bid last month will be taken off the open-board system, then add the new pilots who are bidding for the remaining open flights and we find ourselves with not as many open flights. You can select an open-board flight if you'd like but for some of you there may not be any open-board flights left. Your other option is an Atlas charter. In short, do the best you can to fly your flights again but if you have time constraints it's acceptable to select an open-board or Atlas charter flight. There will not be any consequence for not flying all of your flights for April, accept that you must fly at least one flight. Justin"

"I'd love to be able to do that but we don't have the resources to facilitate that. Eventually I'd like to see us have a Trip Trade board where if you find yourself not being able to do a flight you bid for you can place it on this board. A pilot searching for more hours can take that flight from you which relieves you of the responsibility for the completion of that flight. If no pilot takes that trip from you though, you will still be responsible for the completion of the flight. Like I said, eventually I'd like to implement that feature but we have other projects to do before that. Justin"
