Region Changes

Here is where the coffee machine and Coke machine are kept. Please clean up after yourself and do not remove the magazines from this area. A good place to exchange thoughts with Operations personel and other pilots.

Region Changes

Post by mvm »

Hi all
i have received numerous emails over the last month requesting region changes so to clear the air.... don't get too hung up on the region you are assigned to it in no way reflects where you are in the real world or where you can fly to/from, it is simply a management tool to divide pilots into 3 groups among the three available region managers nothing more. :D

I must ask though: than what is the point of having regions in the first place? Why isn't everyone just classified into 'Pilot Roster'? I've been here over a year and I've never seen anything related to or specific to the Regions.

Regions were used when Globe was created and when you could only flight flights from your region. That is not the case anymore.

Probably right Greg..we still need a way to split the workload 3 ways..maybe Group A, Group B and Group C would be more appropriate...probably still get emails from the B and C pilots wanting to be in Group A...kidding :D :D
