Looks like a PMDG 777 Freighter in the base

Here is where the coffee machine and Coke machine are kept. Please clean up after yourself and do not remove the magazines from this area. A good place to exchange thoughts with Operations personel and other pilots.

Looks like a PMDG 777 Freighter in the base

Post by Covert53 »

Rob, the boss over at PMDG, via AVSIM posted an update on 3/15, "Let the Previews Begin!", for the soon-to-be-released Triple-7. (Link here: http://forum.avsim.net/topic/402556-15m ... ews-begin/). For those of us who are looking forward to the freighter the update is positive sign since the PMDG fellas go silent right before they release something. Anyway, all along, I was under the impression that the freighter model would come later as a secondary release. Now, per Rob, the "F" version is part of the initial release package.

To Wit:
Captains-
We have a bit of a treat for you tonight, with the first formal round of prerelease previews of the upcoming PMDG 777-200LR/F Base Package for FSX!

For those of you fellow ex-Air Force dudes out there let me sum it up in two words: Sierra Hotel.

(For you youngsters who think its a resort in Nevada, look here: http://www.tailhook.org/AVSLANG.htm)

This looks to be an exiciting airplane for sure. The F on release is a welcome surprise.

One thing that I found particularly I interesting is the future addition of multiplayer cockpit not just for the 777 but also the NGX which will be very exciting in our virtual airline environment!

When they develop the multi-player cockpit, we already have developed plans that can push the virtual airline industry to an entirely new level.
