Unable to select open board flight????

When trying to select an open board flight I get a message: "You can not apply for open board flights that depart from outside of your region." ????

Any ideas??

Hmmm... I didn't even think we had a check for region anywhere in the system. Must be old code. I will remove it since the intent of region assignments is for administrative purposes only and should not affect where you can fly!

[TH: Edit] Region check has been removed and everyone can fly anything on the board!
