PC issues after upgrade. Leave Question

G'day guys, i've had my pc upgraded by a family member for an early christmas gift, i'm however having pc restarts atm and don't currently have time to get it fixed for the next two weeks as i've taken on a new position at work. I dedicated my whole day to match the live schedule flight from YMML, VHHH all was going well before a restart. Would i be able to temporarily be given leave until my situation has been fixed as i can't fulfill my capacity at Globe currently given the tech issues.
