Accesing the site.

I have a new problem. When I access the main site, the upper bar with name, password, access to flights does not show up. Did anyone had this proble or any ideas how to solve it. This is making me crazy. Thanks in advance.

Same here, been that way for some time. I access it by clicking on the Atlas tail, then it comes up. I think its a compatibility issue with earlier versions of IE.

I am unable to reproduce using IE 11 and Chrome 41 on PC or Safari 8.0.3 on Mac. Which browser version are you using?! The whole top bar is generated using JavaScript and has not changed in ages. Make sure that JavaScript is enabled. Possibly also clear your cache and cookies or try a different browser.

If I using the Atlas tail and close the Internet Browser without getting out of Globe then I have no problem reaccessing the site.

If you are using IE, try turning on Compatibility Mode - or turning it off it's already on. Look in the options menu in the upper right corner of the window I think, you will see Compatibility View Settings. Go to the GC homepage first then to the settings and add GC website to the list. If it's already in the list, remove it from the list. You may have to refresh the page after you do that.

If you aren't using IE, then I don't know.

Doesn't seem to work but not big deal, I just keep myself log in.
