Amazon Prime Air 767

Here is where the coffee machine and Coke machine are kept. Please clean up after yourself and do not remove the magazines from this area. A good place to exchange thoughts with Operations personel and other pilots.

Indeed. I'll get my paintbrush ready. Anyone know the tail numbers yet?

N1977A is the registration. A fun fact is that the registration is made up of "Prime" numbers....

Or is it N1997A?

That is a fun fact, I wouldn't have made that connection though I'm sure it's just coincidence.

Correct N1997A is the registration and I read in an article that it may have been deliberate since that was also the year Amazon went Public.

I may have missed it but will these flights be added to the sched? I find myself more 767 flights these days and would like to fly some Prime Air.

Yes, they will be entered into the system. We added a lot of DHL 767 flights in the last schedule update but I don't think we have any Amazon flights yet.

I just searched for further information and found Atlas only has the one 767 in the Amazon fleet. So, yes, N1997A, formerly N648GT is the sole example. I read in another on-line article that the fleet will consist of eleven aircraft initially, operated by a company called ATSG (I think). Of course, that can always change. The livery is actually kind of nice looking.
