Installed mine too into Fsx, without any problem. Ready for a flight this weekend :D

Did you remove the previous version of Pmdg 744 first or is it ok to leave it in fsx?

Purchased on Release Day! Still too intimidated to take a flight...so much more to read and absorb than the 747X! The choices and configs alone have kept my nose in the manual for the past hour!

Froogle, at https://www.youtube.com/user/frooglesim has some good tutorials.
This is the best of any other planes. So smooth, and the sound is right on.
