Cost index

Here is where the coffee machine and Coke machine are kept. Please clean up after yourself and do not remove the magazines from this area. A good place to exchange thoughts with Operations personel and other pilots.

Rich,
I use whatever SimBrief, gives me, or, what ever the winds are, I might change my cruising AS, just like in real life. The cost index, is just a good reference, for best fuel saving, but there are other factors.

personally i start with a CI given by this table:

depending on weather condition i play with CI to match schedule time!
