Minor question about the GTI & PAC liveries

"Just 2 questions about the wonderful liveries available for download. One is the Atlas should be a SF, not a Freighter I think. Also the Polar should be a Freighter not a SF? I have replaced the models with others to change that, but now I am trying to get the light maps to not light up the windows at night for both birds. I can put in a light texture from another airplane but it seems to give me a crome streak texture on each engine. Is there anybody that has an updated lightmap for both great liveries that will only light up the few windows a SF/F model has? Thanks!"

Atlas also owns true freighters as well as SF models. The same is true for Polar as they lease aircraft from there mother company Atlas.

Thank you for the reply. But what about the light maps? Shouldn't the freighter and SF models not have lit up windows? Just wondering if it is possible to get a new lightmap where all the windows are not lit up. Thanks

No changes will be made on these two liveries.

"Alex, N809MC for instance is a true freighter and Polar has got several SF's. Concerning your 'lightmap' question. 'FUSELEFT_L' and 'FUSERIGHT_L' are the maps that you are looking for. Just paint them (with copy) all black. Make sure you make a copy of the original texture map first. When you've done this, you will only have you're cockpit lit up. Of course in real life also the cockpit storm lights are out during most of the flight. regards "
