"Hi, I'm new here and am interested in whether it is permissable to pause a flight (offline of course) to be completed later. I sometimes struggle to get 11 hours uninterrupted to fly a flight (sometimes I'm lucky to get 2 hours!). What I would like to do is start the flight, get to cruise and fly as much as I can and then pause FS and come back later to finish the flight. Is this going to break any rules? "

"check the pilot manuel, but Ive never had a problem with pauseing the flight, only trying to save it then continue later, a problem with fs, not globe cargo, However, you do not have to do 11 hour flights, between toc and tod, you are allowed to go to 4x speed. ed mosier 1287"

"Scott, you are allowed to pause the flight and resume at any time. <!--emo&;)--><!--endemo-->"

"Thanks everyone. Yes Ed I have that problem when saving a flight as well - I'm pretty sure Peter Dowson had a utility to do that, I must go back and look. Regards,"
