A nice Sunday afternoon

Here is where the coffee machine and Coke machine are kept. Please clean up after yourself and do not remove the magazines from this area. A good place to exchange thoughts with Operations personel and other pilots.

"Hi pilots, I already mentioned that my nephew is a (real) DC10 captain. He just finished 6 months training in Denver and Tokyo to fly the 743 out in the Pacific, starting next month. He came for lunch on Sunday and, of course, we spent most of the afternoon in front of ZE screen! I showed him the latest VIP version and we flew around EGPK with a nice cross wind and rain. He was VERY positively impressed by both - the quality of the panel - the flight dynamics He took over from me to do a fully manual approach and landing on runway 31. He put the lady right on the centre line, much better than me using the autopilot down to 400ft. It was great watching him doing small adjustments, no more than what is just required. The conclusion is: we have a really great programme! His only criticism was for my 18?? screen which he found rather too small. I made sure that this comment was well heard in the house? to be discussed further when we revise the family budget? salut <!--emo&:)--><!--endemo--> Luc"
