Indoctrination Training Course

Here is where the coffee machine and Coke machine are kept. Please clean up after yourself and do not remove the magazines from this area. A good place to exchange thoughts with Operations personel and other pilots.

"There are many new pilots who have not completed the Indoctrination Course for Globe Cargo training. Per the Pilot Manual, new pilots must complete the Indoc training course within the first two months of their employment. If the course is not completed in that time the pilot is subject to termination. If your status on the Pilot Roster page is ""Active - New"", you may not have completed the course. If you are unsure if you completed the course or not please write to me at dofo@globecargo.org and I will check the records. To complete the course, go to Human Resources/Pilot Training Program to access all courses available including the Indoc Course. The Indoc Course is made up of two PowerPoint Show (.pps) modules and two tests, one for each PPS module. The testing system was just upgraded and is now automated and you will receive the results of your test via email immediately. More courses will be offered in the future including 742 and 744 systems courses which is currently under development. Justin"

Hmmm.... I passed both and it still is showing New - Active in the roster. Is that normal?

"Hi Guys, I have received both of your test results. I'm stretched a little thin for time at the moment but I will get to updating your records shortly. The link between receiving test results and updating the roster isn't automated unfortunately ;) Justin"
