My password dont works

"I am a new pilot (1419) and I have received an e-mail with my password to log into the site, but it doesnt works. Any help would be appreciated"

Password resent again. If you do not receive it maybe it is because of an anti-spam filter or something like that. Your e-mail was correct. Please tell us if you do not receive it. Thanks

"I still have not reveived the password I dont know the reason that prevents me to receive the password, because I have already received several e-mails from globecargo, such as the welcome e-mail and the results of the indoctrination test. Thanks for your help "

"We noticed that some emails sent to a hotmail address aren't received from Globe Cargo when using the older email system. The Indoc tests use the newer email system which hasn't had a problem with hotmail addresses. What welcome email did you receive, the automated email or the one from your Region Manager? Do you have an alternate, non-hotmail, email address that we can use? Justin"

Finally I received my password and logged into the website. Thanks very much for your help.
