were is my bidded flight....

Here is where the coffee machine and Coke machine are kept. Please clean up after yourself and do not remove the magazines from this area. A good place to exchange thoughts with Operations personel and other pilots.

"I just checked the bid flights for july, my name is not listed, but I did bid. It was PO282 for thursday july 27, i remember this because it is my birthday that day. However this flight and time shows up under Ralphs spot. Is he flying again, or is there still some bugs in the bidding software? I would not want to get in trouble for not bidding when i did, what are my options here? ed mosier 1287"

Maybe you booked a flight for 15 minutes BUT you didn't valid your choice. First clik = book a flight for minutes second clik = confirm the booked flight(s)

Ed, Very sorry that this has happened to you. Unfortunately this does happen from time to time as you've noted and we are operating without a sight administrator now since Mike Hanke is not with us anymore and we are unable to troubleshoot this to any degree. You obviously will be excused from not placing a bid for this month. If you like, you can fly the flight that you DID bid on or you can pick up an open board flight for the month of July. Again, very sorry about this. Mark"

"Yes, this is a known issue. Do not trust the information on the Pilot Flight Assignments page. To ease your worries about not bidding according to that page, we don't use that to see who has not bid. Administrators have a different product that shows the information we need with regards to bidding and that product shows the correct information. Until it can be fixed: When you confirm your bids your schedule is shown to you. Copy that schedule and paste it in a text document and save it. You can reference your correct schedule at any time.
