"Thought you guys would like to see this. Pretty good <a href=""http://www.flightlevel350.com/Aircraft_ ... -6419.html"" target=""_blank"">video</a> of a 742 GA at EGCC on Flightlevel350.com. Pilot claims reason for GA is ""unsafe landing gear light"". Kind of close to landing for this yes? You would think that he would have gotten this upon gear extension before being established on LOC and GS at FAF. He's supposed to be in landing configuration before FAF, correct? Enjoy . Mark"

Also they ask the guy 3 times the reason for the go around...took him awhile to come up with an excuse..i don't know about you guys but i looks like he was more than 1/2 click high on the slope and didn't want to have to admit to ""pilot error""""hawkeyeted" wrote: ""Unsafe Gear""....yeah, if they had landed it certainly would have been ""unsafe gear""! :blink:
