Automated ATLAS charter

Here is where the coffee machine and Coke machine are kept. Please clean up after yourself and do not remove the magazines from this area. A good place to exchange thoughts with Operations personel and other pilots.

"Hi there, as I cannot post in the ATLAS Charter forum so I like to do it here. I am not very happy with the automated charter system as I have nothing but trouble especially with the automated flight complete report by the authorization code: I have confirmed flight GTI 709 with the automated process sucessfully, otherwise I could not have bit for flight GTI 895 which I did afterwords. Now as I wanted to bid for a new flight, but the system refuse a selection because a previous flight (GTI 709) suddenly appears as not completed again. Unfortunately I do not have the authorisation code anymore so I cannot confirm it again. I must say I am not very happy with this automated system, nothing but trouble. First I got an invalid authorisation code by email that did not work, now a confirmed flight comes up as uncompleted! :angry2:"
Best regards,

This is the first problem I've heard of with regards to the automated system. It sounds like something went wrong when confirming your first flight. Javier or Nathan should be able to fix the problem if it's related to the authorization code. If you forget your authorization code and didn't keep the automated email until your flight was confirmed complete, send a quick email to atlas@globecargo.org. Javier and Nathan are happy to retreive a lost confirmation code for you and they can also confirm your completed flights still. Justin"

"Fellow Pilots, Related to the Atlas automated system ""issue"" I´d like to announce that this system is working perfectly. I sent the technical explanation and excuses to Bodo via email. Just for information: since we started the automated system in Atlas more than 35 pilots have flown and 150+ charters have been taken and reported without problems. The only problem we have found is the lost of the authorization code by the pilot, then the pilot sends us an email requesting the code and that´s all. Once again, it was not an Atlas automated charter´s confirmation system issue it was just a misunderstood, however if you find something wrong related with Atlas Charters please contact us via mail atlas@globecargo.org"
