"Check out this link, and if anyone has any scoop on this product let me know. I don't really have a whole lot of lag or sluggishness in my FS9, however, it does seem to break up a bit when clouds are in the air. I have tried toning down scenery and everything. So if you have tried this and it is a good product let me know.
