"Hi Guys!!! For some pronblems occured to my computer, then to my internet line i wasnt able to do all flight and to bid in august as whgen bid was opened i was in finland in a place where it was impossimble to connect to internet.. Anyway i did some flights of my Old bid finishing it but of course FSacars is not able to send it. To send the log files i have top wait for internet to work again. In any case i have been cancelled from the roster of the pilots. What i am not able to understand is for 1 year there has been pilots with 0 hours regularly in the roster and then u cancell a pilot that has always bidded in time and always flown his hours.. Unluckly being this a computer a lot of problem can happen not for that i am happy they happen. I tried to do my best to make the flights and what i reached was to be cancelled. Now the flight i did i dont even need to send them? Anyway it is ok if this is ur policy <!--emo&;)--><!--endemo-->"

However now you have complained about this on an open forum I think I should respond and answer the points you made above:- 1. For the past year there have been NO pilots on the roster with 0 hours (except recent joiners) and all pilots are treated equally in applying the rules which are clearly laid down in the Pilot Manual and NOTAMS. 2. You have been warned at least 3 times that you had failed to bid and/or fly in the month since January this year - so you cannot say that you always ""always bidded in time and always flown his hours"". This is a lot more generous than most pilots who are warned only once before being removed. 3. Even though you were going to a place where there was no internet connection you did not request leave of absence or communicate with us in any way to say that you would be unable to bid and/or fly BEFORE leaving. There is no point in sending in your PIREPS now as you you are no longer a pilot with Globe Cargo. I am genuinely sorry that you feel aggrieved by your treatment, however if you repeatedly fail to follow a couple of simple rules and also do not communicate with us I do not see what else we could have done. I hope this clarifies the situation for yourself and all others who may have read your original post. "

First since jannuaruy i have never missed a bid. Second since jannnuary i have always flown all my assignemt i mean the bidded one. third In my lace the only way to connect to internet is from home as there is no computer center or internet point as it would be so stupid to have one when 90% of families have internet at home. Fourth if i have no access to internet and no way to check my mail i cant read ur emails. When u sent email in july i answered and i showed u i did flights and u said it was ur error . So the only problem has been when i didnt have internet in august. and betwenn computer problems and between the fact i wasnt home i wasnt able to bid anyway i did my flight even if i just have the log file i didnt send them..

In all these you say that you are having problems and were unable to bid or fly that month for a variety of reasons. I think that this concludes the argument about whether the following statement is correct - ""First since jannuaruy i have never missed a bid. Second since jannnuary i have always flown all my assignemt i mean the bidded one"" It is clear that you should contact your regional admistrator if you are having problems and not expect them to look at every post from every pilot to find if they are having any issues - you did not bother do this and as I explained in my private emails to you ""I can only act on what I am told"" This discussion is achieving nothing and I will reply no further - I suggest you do the same."
