Pilot Dismissals

" At this time we are considering the dismissal of 14 pilots from the VA. Two of these pilots joined in May or June and neither have flown any routes or filed any trip reports. 12 pilots joined in July and have not bothered to submit bids for the August schedule and naturally have not requested a charter to get some hours in. Our goal is to cater to the flight simmers who desires a higher level of realism in a VA over a given period of time and we have no room for time wasters or desk jockeys. We are not interested in the quantity of pilots we have but its the Quality that counts and we do have some good ones. Don't get me wrong here, we are not in a contest to see who can fly the most hours. Everyones needs in their private lives are different and their time devothed to the VA will be different. We are looking for those that really have a desire to participate and have some fun. "
