All,
well seem I passed my the initial test cause I ended up here
Let me introduce myself
my name is Tonny koops I have been flying desktop simulators since the late eighties. I started of flying with Sunair back on Compuserve (internet what's that?) Sunair used the back then very advanced ATP program from Sublogic. I flew hundreds of hours all over the USA based at SFO. later I moved on to SunCon airlines and shortly after that Midcontinent Airlines still using ATP.
When I finaly made the move to Microsoft flightsimulator I floated around a bit in the virtual skies. Never found an airline who operated anywhere near the reality I was looking for. Till 5-6 years ago I joined America West Virtual that later had to change her name to Midcontinent Airlines (America West made us <grins>) where I still fly today and hold the position of Director of training.
What I always missed at MidContinent is flying the heavies. We have been looking into it and maybe one day we will. Besides flying the lines at Midcontinent I fly 742 and 744F and 744BCF around the world.
My simulated hours are over 3500 spread on several types, but most done in 737's and 767's.
I am realy looking forward getting to know you all and flying the lines here at Global Cargo.
Hi all!
