New GC Pilot Manual

The new Pilot Manual has been published and it's effective immediately.

Here's a list of all the amendments:

(a) Section 1.1.1 Reworded the offering of DHL flights.
(b) Section 1.1.2.Added detail to the probation period. Added the requirement to pass an indoctrination test.
(c) Changed probation period from one month to 15 days
(d) Section 1.3.1 Reworded the termination process. Removed mandatory bidding. Added that management is exempt for monthly flight requirements.
(e) Section 1.4.3 Added clarification on Extended LOA and absences exceeding six months.
(f) Section 1.5.1 Added the details/procedure for the new upgrade process.
(g) Section 2.1.1 Reworded the addition of DHL flights.
(h) Section 2.2.2 Added the suggestion to register on the forum and signature rules.
(i) Section 2.2.4 Removed reference to FSACARS. Added detail to the Status column on the roster.
(j) Section 2.3.1 Removed Assistant Atlas Manager.
(k) Section 2.4.1 Minor clarifications. Added automated email in case of non-bidding.
(l) Section 2.5 Complete section for reinstatement of HOF program.
(m) Section 2.8.1 Replaced Region Manager with Director of HR. Removed reference to FSACARS.
(n) Section 2.8.2 Removed reference to FSACARS.
(o) Section 3.2 Removed FSACARS and substituted with GCP. Completed section with GCP information.
(p) Section 3.5.3.d Added.
(q) Section 3.8 Added; VATSIM fly-in flights operations.
(r) Appendix 1. Updated aircraft list.

A particular item to note is that the PDF now has bookmarks for all sections and subsections so it's easy to move around or directly to a particular subsection.
