REX ( Real Enviroment Extreme) Always dishes up some nice surprises
Sun one side - Moon other
20 knot dead crosswind - I can handle that - Then is started gusting to 35 as i got lower!!!! Switched off the AP and went manual
Do we have company limits on Crosswind ?
On the ground and taxing - You can see the wind still pushing the snow off the wheels across the runway!
As Always - 3 engine taxi to save fuel
Time to wake the Ramp boys up
Thanks for viewing

Hi, I downloaded and used it for a while. it works on FS9 and FSX, combined together with TOPCAT are great tools, but lately it make CTD with FS9 and I decide to no use it anymore. It does not mean that in you computer could work perfectly.Brogs wrote:Hi Fellers, woud like to know if anyone uses this ?

No worrie,s Sebastian, your English is better than my Spanish !by a long way , I think I.ll give it a miss, it would be better if the ACARS were to and from our own Organisation, hint to the Computer Boffins !Sebastian Bollero wrote:Hi, I downloaded and used it for a while. it works on FS9 and FSX, combined together with TOPCAT are great tools, but lately it make CTD with FS9 and I decide to no use it anymore. Re: Titan to Mother Russia
Very nice pics Mike. I'm curious about the three-engine taxi. Is this a common RW practice? Are there procedures for it?
Thanks,
Rick

Re: Titan to Mother Russia
During the high Fuel Days - Qantas use to encourage it to save fuel, every drop counts.
We also now avoid running the APU's for hours on lay overs - We use GPU ( Ground Power Units) as Diesel is alot cheaper the Avaition Fuel.
The last Atlas B742 that came thought work was actually doing a 2x Engine Taxi!!!
Mind you he was empty - But still
Royal Brunei 767's Regualrly taxi in on 1x Engine
