Hi Max,
I'll tread carefully here...have you taken the entry exam and received a passing score of 70% or better? Did you fill out the application form after successfully passing the exam? If not, you'll need to retake the exam. If you did pass the exam, you will need to contact Ralf at HR directly. His email address can be found under the Company/Administration Banner on the home page. Ralf has sole charge of all new hires! Hope this helps clarify things a bit.
