Corporate Fleet Announcement

First, I'd like to thank our Corporate Fleet Commission members: #2881 - Michael Erdelyi, #3269 - Stirling Day and all of our Staff. There was much debate and discussion before we came to an agreement on the make-up of our corporate fleet.

Without further adoo, here is our new corporate fleet and models per sim:

P3D
King Air 350i: Milviz (https://milviz.com/flight/products/KA350/index.php)
Dassault Falcon 50: Flysimware (https://www.flysimware.com/FLYSTORE_2015/en/home/40-flysimware-s-falcon-50.html)
**Boeing 787-9: QualityWings (http://www.qualitywingssim.com/v.2.0.1.8/Boeing-787.php)

**The 787 will be replaced by the Eaglesoft Challenger 605 upon its release and verification of quality. (https://www.eaglesoftdg.com/Pages/c605_development_B.htm)

X-Plane 11
King Air 350: Airfoil Labs (https://store.x-plane.org/King-Air-350_p_969.html)
Dassault Falcon 50 EX: Carenado (https://www.carenado.com/sitecarenado/product/fa50-xplane-11/)
Bombardier Challenger 650: Hot Start (https://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/product_info.php/take-command-hot-start-challenger-650-p-212)

The idea behind these selections is that there is one short range, one medium range, and one long range option. The Challenger 650 could potentially be replaced by a longer range bizjet such as a Global 7500 however there isn't anything like that in development that we are aware of.

MSFS2020 doesn't have options for our operation as there aren't enough good models available just yet. As more models become available they will be evaluated and considered for the corporate fleet and support and announcements will be made at that time.

There is still work to be done on this project so these aircraft aren't ready to fly just yet. When they are officially launched you will be able to select them from the Atlas Charter board.

Titan Closing, eff. Feb 1

Titan Charter division will be closing effective February 1st.

When Titan was launched on November 18th, 2009 it was to allow us to offer different aircraft to fly. At that time Atlas/Polar operated only the 742/744 which left a lot to be desired for variety in our operation.

The real world operation has expanded to include most of the aircraft we offered via the Titan Charters. Because the real operation changed so much in the years since Titan opened, it has become a redundant operation here. Any route variability can be accomplish through Atlas Charters.

The closure of Titan also means we will drop Q400 support in addition to any other aircraft specific to Titan.

Corporate Fleet Update

Soon, the Phenom will be removed from our corporate fleet. It will be replaced by 3 new models. We are not ready to share which models those are just yet but the Corporate Jet Fleet Commission team have made their final decision.

The coming weeks will be spent prepping the launch plan to include delivery flights, nailing down which addons to use and painting those aircraft. Also look out for the final Phenom flight to be posted to complete its career here at GCVA. The Phenom began operations on March 25th, 2016.
